Purchasing Sets would mean that you are paying for your rounds in advance and in bulk, creating a Sets Balance with Diamond Outsourcing. This Sets Balance will decrease as a partner submit clients for processing. A partner can use this form to increase their Sets Balance as it lowers in order to avoid having a Negative Sets Balance.
